1)Participants to sign form at start of class to confirm they are not displaying symptoms or have been in contact with anybody who has. This also acts as record for ‘track and trace’ should anybody fall ill.
2)All participants and Instructor to wash their hands on entering/leaving the hall or use hand sanitiser.

1) ‘Catch it, Bin it, Kill it’ – encourage to avoid touching eyes, mouth and nose. Tissues may be provided/or bring your own. Dispose of tissues correctly then wash/sanitise hands.
2) Social distancing during the session. All mats to be spread out meeting the required guidance.
3) No congregating in groups before/after class.

1) Ensure that hall is clean and ready for use prior to participants entering.
2)Follow guidance from Hall Committee in relation to cleaning after the class has finished and participants have left.

If someone falls ill during class with COVID19 symptoms

1) Class will be terminated immediately.
2) Isolate person feeling ill to a safe place.
3) Advise all participants to be tested.
4) Notify the Hall committee immediately.
